Activate your Partner Portal Login

After setup your login for the Partner Portal is here:
https://portal.laundrylady.ca/portal/

Activate your login

  1. Click Account Activation link sent to you via email:
  2. Once you have set up your password, your account will be enabled and you will need to verify using a secruty code sent to you via SMS. Then, you're ready to get started.

 

Instaling the Partner Portal

After login you'll be prompted to install the Partner Portal to your home screen.

Turn on notifications

Open the Partner Portal from your home screen, then head to Manage Profile → Enable Notifications to start receiving alerts on this device.

 

Check your profile information is correct

Once logged in, you will need to check your details are correct.

From the DETAILS tab (cog icon) you can check that your profile information is correct and edit yourself.

This includes contact details, bank details, profile pic etc.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure as a key priority that your bank details are correct under the cog tab section to ensure correct payment of commissions.
