To best serve all of your clients and maintain the high standards of The Laundry Lady, we strongly recommend using unscented laundry products as your default choice. Unscented detergents are the most requested option by customers, largely due to common allergies and sensitivities to fragrances. Using fragrance-free options helps ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone, minimizing the risk of adverse reactions.

When selecting your supplies, look for well-known, high-quality, unscented options. Suitable examples include products like Tide Free, Purex Free & Clear, or Kirkland Signature Free & Clear/Unscented varieties.

You should always default to unscented laundry liquid for every job unless a customer has specifically requested a scented product. If a client does request a scented detergent, ensure that the product is clearly labelled as such and keep it separate from your unscented supplies.
