Customer Payment Terms

Standard Payment Terms

The standard payment terms for all NEW customers are Credit Card - 0 days. This means payment is required upfront before service delivery.

IMPORTANT: Customers must pay invoices based on the terms displayed on their profile at the time of booking. Requests to change payment terms must be submitted directly to our Support team at support@laundrylady.ca

Customer type and Payment Terms

Residential Customers

  • Payment Terms: Credit card payment with 0 days (payment required upfront)
  • We do not accept cash, bank transfers, or Pay ID payments.

Business Customers

  • NEW Business Customers: Credit Card - 0 days payment terms
  • Only recurring business customers can apply for EFT payment after 3 successful paid services (subject to approval)
  • Approved businesses may qualify for 7 or 14 day terms
  • Approved terms will be displayed on the Booking and Customer profile

Aged Care, Home Care, DVA, and Insurance Customers

  • If a provider will be covering the cost of services, payment terms must be approved before services commence
  • Payment terms may vary from 7, 14, 21, or 30 days, depending on the provider's agreement.
  • Without prior approval, Standard Payment Terms will apply.

Additional Payment Policies

  • An invoice should be completed and sent soon as the laundry service pricing can be confirmed.
  • Alternative payment terms (including EFT payments or extended terms up to 14 days) require approval prior to booking and may incur additional fees.

Payment terms and Delivery

After you create an invoice, select the option to SEND PAYMENT REQUEST.  This will email the invoice with the approved payment terms applied and update the Booking status relevant to the payment terms.

Bookings Awaiting Payment

If a booking is showing as Awaiting Payment, the laundry must not be delivered until the Payment is completed.

Bookings Ready For Delivery

Bookings that are Ready for delivery have been paid, or have approved payment terms that allow delivery before payment.

PAID bookings will show in Deliveries on your home screen.
